Just because the run off is not grass does not mean it can be used to overtake a pair of leading GTE cars. After realising he could not pass Rens safely the correct cause of action would be to lift, and drop behind until there is an opportunity to pass safely and within the track limits. He did not at any point even attempt to lift and remained full throttle straight lining the entire corner to pass the GTE. Doing this not only causes problems for the slower class as they don't know where he will rejoin, it is also gaining a competitive advantage against his own class. The next corner he proves to be equally unable to control his car by missing the entire corner by a couple of car lengths.

Dirks driving will be monitored and license reassessed.
