Jaza pulls a move on Nils and Hugh's rejoin into the race was a little opportunistic considering he had just come back on track. Nils got unlucky for being in a position where Jaza hits him due to Hugh. 2 Cars are collected in the bad touch and a 3rd is driven off track due to the mess. 20 sec penalty to Hugh for causing an avoidable incident.
