Car 488 late brakes and makes an overtake attempt on the inside of car 998, and contact is established between the two parties. As the overtake was past the initial brake zone and turn in point, Car 998 has full rights to the corner. This a clear breach of our driver standards outlined in the ACRL Rules and Regulations (http://acrlonline.org/index.php/resources/rules-regulations/37-acrl-official-rulebook), a 10 second penalty is given to car 488
