Head Steward Decision
Car #22 tries to pre-emptively evade the car on their left, running into a car to their right. Small bump, but chaos ensues. Normally we would go for a 20s penalty, but since it's a self report and they clearly indicated that they already took preventive measures (installed crew chief), we will settle for a 10s (*1.5 for lap 1)
