Car 128 leaves the inside undefended and Car 9 takes the invite to dive. Car 128 then tries to take the normal racing line/undercut, but turns in too early and bumps into Car 9. Since it was a low speed crash (that if it wasn't KUNOSSSS!!!) would otherwise be a fairly inert contact. 10s to Car 128
